Quality Auditing Manager

Overview:

We are urgently looking for a Quality Manager to oversee and maintain high standards of quality assurance in our operations. This role involves managing QA processes, mentoring the team, and ensuring compliance with client expectations. The position is onsite and requires working the night shift .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise quality assurance operations for the assigned client (Expedia experience preferred)
• Ensure QA standards and procedures are followed consistently
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback
