QA/QC Engineer – Mechanical

The QA QC Engineer Mechanical manages quality assurance and control for all mechanical systems – HVAC, plumbing, drainage and fire fighting – on UAE villa and building construction projects. The role ensures all installations conform to approved submittals, specifications and UAE authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for mechanical works including HVAC installation, ductwork, piping, and sanitary systems.
• Perform and document quality inspections at all stages of mechanical installation.
• Issue Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs), follow up corrective actions and verify close‑out.
• Review material deliveries against approved submittals and specifications.
• Coordinate pre‑inspection hold points and witness testing with consultants and client representatives.
• Review method statements and risk assessments for mechanical works.
