What You Will Do
Define, maintain and evolve QA and Testing governance, standards and best practices for Securities Services IT, with a strong focus on enabling shift‑left quality practices in close collaboration with engineering teams.Establish and maintain a common reference model for test phases, entry/exit criteria, go live quality gates and production readiness expectations.Act as the central coordination point for Test Management practices, fostering alignment and reuse of proven approaches across the different vertical areas.Define and standardize quality metrics, KPIs and reporting, enabling transparency, comparability and data driven decision making.Drive alignment of testing and test automation practices and tooling, favoring enablement models (e.g. shared baselines, self‑service approaches) over purely top‑down enforcement, while balancing standardization with context‑specific needs....
