Responsibilities
- Assist in testing websites, web applications, and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and report bugs and system issues
- Support the development team in improving product quality
- Help track and manage issues using testing or project management tools
- Participate in basic user experience (UX) and functionality testing
Qualifications
- Studying towards or recently completed a qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of software development or testing concepts
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
