QA Lead responsible for driving end-to-end quality strategy and test automation for Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations. Lead planning, execution, and reporting across functional, regression, and automated testing using Accel Q, ensuring high coverage and timely releases.
Partner with stakeholders and development teams to manage defects, improve QA processes, and ensure reliable, scalable solutions.
