QA Executive for US Chat Support, Night Shifts

ibex. Pakistan is seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven QA Executive to join our Quality Assurance team for a US-based chat support campaign. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.

You will monitor chat interactions for quality compliance, identify performance gaps, and conduct audits while supporting coaching sessions and quality improvement initiatives. A minimum of 1–2 years of BPO experience is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point.
