QA Leadership & Strategy
Define and implement the overall QA strategy, testing standards, and quality metrics across multiple healthcare applications.Lead and mentor QA engineers, automation testers, and data testers.Drive shift-left testing practices and continuous testing in Agile/DevOps environments.Ensure testing processes align with enterprise quality standards and regulatory requirements.API Testing & Automation
Design and implement automated API testing frameworks using PyTest.Validate RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services.Ensure API functionality, performance, security, and reliability.Work with development teams to integrate API tests into CI/CD pipelines.UI Automation
Develop and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks using Playwright.Ensure cross-browser and responsive UI testing for web applications.
