This is a hybrid role where you’ll play a key part in evaluating performance, identifying knowledge gaps , and bridging processes between clients and our operations team.

What you will do Trainer/QA Analyst.

Conduct fair and consistent quality evaluations using established Small Teams QA Guidelines.

Design and deliver engaging training programs covering product knowledge, company policies , processes, system navigation , and essential soft skills such as emotional intelligence .
