Description :
- Modernize a critical financial system by migrating from mainframe to a distributed platform
- Develop backend services, data pipelines, and APIs using Python, PySpark, FastAPI/Flask
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity for financial reporting and general ledger systems
- Work in an Agile/Scrum team, collaborating with Product Owners and business stakeholders
- Mentor engineers transitioning from mainframe to modern technologies
- Utilize Kafka, SQL, and cloud-native CI/CD tools for scalable data processing
- Contribute to frontend development using React/Angular when needed
- Strong communication skills required; experience with AWS, big data, and finance domain is a plus
