What You Bring
4–8 years of Python development experience
backend, data, or AI-adjacent work; you write clean, structured, maintainable code

Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI concepts
you've worked with LLMs or machine learning models in some capacity and understand how they behave beyond the theory

Backend development experience
FastAPI, Flask, or Django; you know how to build and consume APIs properly

Solid software engineering fundamentals
