- Develop and maintain CRM systems tailored for sales operations
- Build modules for strong lead management pipeline tracking and client lifecycle strong
- Design and develop RESTful APIs for CRM and third-party integrations
- Integrate CRM with tools like WhatsApp APIs email systems and dialers
- Automate sales workflows lead assignment follow-ups reminders reporting
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to understand requirements
- Optimize system performance and ensure data security
