Purchasing Staff / Laguna Technopark, Biñan, Laguna

Job Specification:

• Graduate of 4 years college

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (especially advanced excel and PowerPoint)

• With experience in purchasing, planning and monitoring is highly recommended

• Knowledgeable in inventory planning / demand forecasting

• MRP systems (Material Requirements Planning)



Job Description:

• Source, evaluate and audit suppliers

• Negotiate pricing, delivery items, and payment conditions

• Monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved requests

• Preferably residing in Laguna (Biñan, Sta. Rosa, Calamba, Cabuyao, or Canlubang) or willing to relocate/commute.
