Purchasing Specialist – Below The Line
Key Responsibilities
- Source and accredit suppliers for BTL (events, booth fabrication, displays, giveaways, printing etc.)
- Generate Purchase Orders (PO)
- Conduct supplier negotiation to achieve best price, quality, and lead time
- Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis
- Coordinate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Warehouse teams for project requirements
- Monitor delivery schedules to ensure on‐time completion of BTL projects
- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delays, or discrepancies
