We are seeking a highly skilled Punchlist Carpenter to join our team in Danville, CA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented craftsman who takes pride in high-quality finish work and can efficiently complete final-stage construction tasks to prepare projects for client turnover.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Complete residential and/or commercial punchlist items with precision and efficiency
+ Perform finish carpentry tasks including trim, baseboards, casing, doors, and hardware adjustments
+ Repair minor drywall, paint touch-ups, and caulking as needed
+ Adjust cabinets, drawers, and installed fixtures for proper alignment and function
+ Identify and resolve quality issues to meet project standards and deadlines
+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and project teams regarding progress and issues
