Publishing Director

We are seeking an experienced Publishing Director to join our team. This is a full‑time position based in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the strategic development and management of existing journals, working closely with Editors‑in‑Chief to ensure the effective achievement of publishing objectives.
• Contribute to the company’s overall publishing strategy and support long‑term business growth.
• Conduct subject area analyses to identify emerging research trends within the field. Support launching and developing new journals in line with the annual publishing plan.
• Optimize editorial workflows and publishing operations to improve efficiency and content quality.
