Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely renewal of all company registration certificates and trade licenses, following up on official approvals and permits to prevent violations or fines.
• Manage the end-to-end processing of new employment and business visas via MOHRE and GDRFA portals, ensuring all applications are handled accurately and within required timelines.
• Handle the timely renewal and accurate record-keeping of all work permits, residency visas, and employment contracts in full compliance with government regulations and company requirements.
• Handle the submissions and monthly updates with the General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA).
• Coordinate with various Embassies in the UAE to acquire visas for staff members traveling for international business as required.
