The primary purpose of this position is to provide group and individual psychiatric rehabilitative and case management services to adults with a history of multiple psychiatric hospitalizations and in need of long-term care stabilization; to participate with the interdisciplinary team in developing, implementing and evaluating effective therapeutic services via facility programming. Must have B.A or B.S in psychology, social work or related field.
