Proposal Team Lead, Lcs

- Lead a team of 10–12 proposal engineers and drive functional excellence - Oversee end-to-end proposal lifecycle from RFQ to final delivery - Develop high-quality technical and commercial proposals aligned with standards - Ensure timely delivery with focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction - Guide team on estimation, pricing, and proposal development - Establish and enforce quality processes and ensure compliance with internal policies - Manage audits and mitigate risks in proposal processes - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer requirements - Drive productivity and task planning within the team - Act as a trusted advisor for proposal and pricing strategies
