About the Role

We’re hiring a Property Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day property management operations, tenant communication, and maintenance coordination across multiple markets.

This is a high-execution role where you’ll handle inbound communication, manage work orders, coordinate vendors, and keep systems organized and up to date .

If you’re fluent in English and Spanish , experienced with Buildium and PropertyMeld , and thrive in fast-paced operations — this role is for you.
