Property Engineer - Multi-Trade Maintenance Pro

CBRE Philippines is looking for a Property Engineer based in Subic, Zambales. This full-time role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tasks.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with 1-2 years of relevant experience, capable of inspecting and overseeing work by outside contractors. Willingness to work on Saturdays is required.
