Responsibilities

• Toolbox Talk (short periodical consultation) with maintenance team.
• Takes charge in supervising the scheduling and upkeep of maintenance team to ensure proper execution of routine, preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems, common areas and equipment as well as job service requests inside residential units and other tasks assigned.
• Ensures that safety and standard operating parameters are complied.
• Establish and update equipment database.
• Conducts regular inspection of the property – all parts of the building and common areas.
• Coordinates with residents in attending to their technical-related needs, requests, or concerns.
• Heeds operations of all systems and equipment of the common areas, facilities of the site to keep such in good working condition.
