Our Client requires a Projects Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Projects Manager
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Document and Plan for Projects (New, Revamp, Closures) by coordinating between different internal
- departments & external stakeholders (landlords, suppliers & DC)
- Prepare and present budgets and motivate for approval
- Ensure relevant documentation and checklists are reconciled on completion of jobs and actual costs vs budget report prepared
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Grade 12
- Technical property or retail related experience
