Key Responsibilities
- Engage with consultants, contractors, and clients to generate specifications and project enquiries.
- Identify and secure high-value projects and manage the pipeline from specification to execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the design and construction network.
- Provide technical guidance on sanitary ware, porcelain materials, and installation standards.
- Ensure accurate quotations, lead tracking, and smooth project coordination.
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in sanitary ware / building materials (specification or project sales).
- Strong network with consultants, contractors, and designers.
- Good understanding of sanitary products, industry standards, and market trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong focus on project tracking and after-sales support.
