• Must have extensive know-how on all BMS operations and should have managed small to mid-sized commercial value projects
• Establish and build a relationship with consultants, driving initiatives to ensure specification with top / preferred Consultants based on Sales strategy
• Annual Sales Targets & Revenue from New clients
• Effective relationships with contractors/ consultants/ customers
• Internal stakeholder management
