Leading Airline Group is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Project Manager to lead the delivery of Release 2 of its Oracle Fusion HCM transformation programme. This role will drive end-to-end implementation of multiple HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives,ernance, and operational readiness in aplex enterprise environment.

Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM Release 2 implementation across all workstreams

Manage project scope, timelines, budget, RAID logs, andernance reporting

Oversee deployment of Performance, Talent, Learning, and HR Help Desk modules

Coordinate testing phases including SIT, UAT, and business validation
