Key Responsibilities 1) For Mechanical Project Manager Lead and manage ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) projects Plan project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation in line with project requirements Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities on ACMV design and execution Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of ACMV systems Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety requirements, and specific guidelines Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for ACMV systems Manage subcontractors to ensure quality, scope, and timelines are met Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues related to HVAC/ACMV systems Ensure proper documentation, including reports, testing records, and handover documents Support procurement of ACMV equipment and materials Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies Drive coordination between M&E, architectural, and process teams Lead and coordinate ACMV works for A&...
