Position Description

Leads the delivery of FMS-NG Operations, Maintenance, and Enhancements (OM&E) services. Responsible for managing system operations, service delivery, stakeholder communication, and compliance with EXIM processes. Oversees Agile releases, incident resolution, and backlog reduction. Coordinates with OCFO, OCIO, auditors, and infrastructure teams. Ensures adherence to change control, release management, and security practices.
