Project Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to support customer onboarding and implementation projects within the Professional Services team. This role will work closely with Rallyware Business Solution and Technical Solution Consultants, as well as customer project and technical teams, to coordinate onboarding activities and ensure successful implementation delivery for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through go-live
• Coordinate activities across Rallyware consultants, internal stakeholders, and customer teams
• Maintain project plans, timelines, status updates, and project documentation
• Drive cross‑functional coordination to ensure alignment between business and technical workstreams
