Project Manager

Lead Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) including kick-offs, stand-ups, retrospectives, and 1:1s. Manage project intake ensuring alignment with marketing goals and business priorities. Build and manage timelines, milestones, risks, and resource plans using defined metrics. Allocate resources effectively, optimizing team bandwidth and productivity. Drive process improvements to enhance workflows, delivery efficiency, and operations. Prioritize workstreams, adapt to shifting demands, and maintain delivery timelines. Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership for seamless execution and communication. Track progress via PM tools (Smartsheet – plus), and provide regular status reporting. Proactively resolve project blockers and escalate risks when required. Ensure clear project scope, requirements, and expectations are defined upfront.
