Day to day, you'll be:Planning and managing the full mechanical package across HVAC, chilled water systems, chillers, piping, ventilation and BMS interfaces.Leading contractors, consultants and internal teams to deliver on programme, budget and spec.Reviewing designs and drawings against client requirements, codes and standards.Overseeing installation, testing and commissioning on site.Driving quality control, H&S compliance and adherence to ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISO and NFPA standards.Managing cost tracking, procurement and change control.Working alongside electrical, civil and controls teams to ensure integrated delivery.Reporting weekly to senior stakeholders and clients.What you'll bringDegre...
