Summary

Reporting to the Director, Pre‑Construction or appointed designate, the Project Manager, Pre‑Construction plays an essential role in project procurement and execution of design‑build and strategic projects located in Ontario. This dynamic role is focused on managing, coordinating, and completing deliverables for project pursuits in support of new work and advancing early work of alternative delivery contracts. The Project Manager, Pre‑Construction will manage the preparation of Request for Qualification (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and be responsible for delivering project pursuits by actively engaging with design consultants, schedulers, construction operations teams, and estimators.
