Project Responsibilities

Project-based role focused on identifying and implementing solutions to face new opportunities and address challenges in Shopee’s Cross-Border Business, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Conduct deep-dive analysis on new opportunities and current issues including spearheading projects to optimise existing practices related to but not limited to Business Development, Operations, and Logistics.

Analyse key business performance indicators and innovate or re-engineer processes based on industry best practices and our accelerator as well as lead issue management and develop short-term and long-term solution.

Work on ad-hoc projects and assignments with the most efficient execution.

Efficiently organise and convene meetings during the operation of the project, and follow up on the implementation of the meeting tasks.
