Vacancy Description
Project Manager (M/F) will report directly to the Founder / Managing Partner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, operations, and post-event review
- Manage timelines, budgets, contractors, and procurement processes
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure smooth communication
- Liaise with international partners, local authorities, and suppliers
- Oversee logistics, safety, compliance, and operational workflows
- Produce progress reports, schedules, and documentation for management
- Ensure the event meets all required standards and deadlines
- Support recruitment and management of local operational teams
- Oversee on-site operations during the event
