Role Overview
This role leads the delivery of large, complex customer projects and is considered a subject matter expert in project management. You’ll work on high‑risk, high‑visibility initiatives, provide strategic guidance, and help shape project management best practices across the organization. Strong client leadership, financial ownership, and team management are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Financial Management
-Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large, complex customer projects, often across multiple regions
-Manage high‑risk projects with complex legal, commercial, and operational requirements
-Own project financials, including P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
-Meet or exceed SOAR‑approved budgets and provide accurate financial forecasts to leadership

-Manage senior‑level client relationships and act as a trusted delivery partner
