Vacancy Description
- Manage full project lifecycle for F&B outlet development projects, refurbishment projects, and maintenance issues.
- Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion, cost control, quality delivery and SOP compliance
- Ensure projects deliver value and meet business objectives
- Handle ad hoc project assignments and urgent operational requirements effectively
- Support and coordinate tender processes , including preparation of documentation, vendor sourcing with coordination, evaluation, and award follow-up
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, design, business development, marketing etc) and external parties (consultants, contractors, suppliers, engineer, landlords etc)
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Provide strong troubleshooting and problem-solving support for project and site issues
