- Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated project plans with dependencies, resources, and budgets to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure quality execution through robust planning, risk management, critical path analysis, scenario planning, and budget oversight.
- Manage project lifecycle activities including milestone reviews, capacity planning, and overall project governance.
