Technical expertise

• Project management expertise required in resilient cities and water infrastructure projects;
• Provide knowledge and experience-based competency to perform project management-specific consultancy services;
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and technical innovations in- and outside Atana in the disciplines required to deliver projects. This includes the link with data science and digital services;
• Actively explore opportunities to apply a Digital Way of Working in projects, identify internal and external needs and organise efforts to automate and standardize processes or make them more efficient, and
• Raise brand awareness in Atana relevant sectors.

Capacity Building

• Be a team player and contribute to the skill development and transfer of knowledge of the climate resilience team by mentoring junior and midlevel professionals;
