Project Manager (Customer Support)
Acquire Asia Pacific Philippines Inc. (Acquire BPO) is partnering with RingCentral to hire a Project Manager focused on customer support initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support cross‑functional projects and initiatives in a hybrid PM/BA role.
- Navigate ambiguity, interpret technical requirements, and create documentation, process flows, and deep‑dive data analysis.
- Serve as a technical writer: create and maintain detailed process documentation, dependency maps, and data flow diagrams using Lucidchart or a similar tool.
- Understand support operations and call center environments, including case management, agent workflows, and frontline team needs.
- Facilitate discovery efforts, leading discussions to uncover business needs, workflows, and system impacts.
