Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee an MEP package on a large commercial project. Your background will be strong in project management in construction, with a preferred knowledge of M&E works on a large scale.

Key Duties

• MEP scope of works for the entire project comprising of:
• Management of a 9/10 person team
• New build student accommodation
• Incoming services coordination
• Substation construction
• Liaison with the client
• Communication with wider new build management teams
• Oversee Packages that range from Mechanical, Ventilation, Public health, Electrical, Sprinklers, access control, PV panels, LV connection, Substations, T&C
• Packages cumulative value is about £45m.
