Work Location: Buona Vista

Work Hour: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary: Basic up to $14,000 + 1 month completion bonus

Job Description

• Lead project management and execution of clinical research studies
• Serve as main contact point between internal teams and external sponsors
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to deliver study requirements
• Provide expert guidance on operational processes and regulatory requirements
• Support study design and planning during protocol development
• Lead study execution meetings and resolve operational issues
• Maintain clinical operational databases and metrics
• Identify process improvements and share learning opportunities
• Supervise and coach team members to deliver results
• Participate in post-study reviews and lessons learned sessions
