Description We are looking for a bilingual Project Manager to direct construction projects from early planning through final delivery in Carson, California. This position calls for someone who can align schedules, budgets, field execution, and stakeholder communication while keeping work moving efficiently. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, and practical knowledge of construction documentation, site coordination, and project controls.
Responsibilities:
• Lead construction projects from kickoff to closeout by organizing scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing plans.
