Summary

The BTTF (Back to the Future) program is Asmodee’s group‑wide transformation initiative. After defining the target processes, we are now focused on designing the core model (processes, standards, tools). We will then coordinate its deployment country by country leveraging a local project manager. The program covers process changes, system rollouts (ERP, PIM, B2B Webshop, CRM), and financial standards adoption.
