Project Information & Documentation Lead

We are looking for a Project Information Manager to join our Information Management team in Finland and work in Neste’s investment projects. Location: Kilpilahti, Porvoo, Finland.

Responsibilities

• Guide EPCM contractors and engineering providers of Information requirements.
• Ensure that projects have the required tools, competencies, resources and practices to fulfill Neste Data and Documentation Requirements.
• Lead the collaboration between business and named project ensuring that the information flow and identified best practices are implemented.
• Ensure the implementation of document and information management processes in all project phases are done.
• Lead project document controllers in projects for which you are named as responsible person.
