The Project Engineer organizes, plans, coordinates and monitors assigned engineering projects by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to the project and bids from contractors.

Your Role at a Glance

  • Manage and support major capital investment projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and with expected return on investment.

  • Oversee plant electrical infrastructure, including substations, transformers, switchgear, distribution systems, and emergency generators, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation.

  • Ensure reliable backup power for all critical plant circuits.

  • Manage facility and maintenance projects across the mill, resolving operational issues and achieving defined project objectives.
