Vacancy Description
Responsibilities:
- 1.Coordinate and Manage Project timeline on a timely manner
- 2.Coordinate and manage and liaise with logistical services providers, suppliers, contractors and clients.
- 3.Monthly Reporting to Project Manager on Project progress
- 4.Troubleshooting and resolving HVAC system issues within projects.
- 5.Develop project balance summary sheet and control project balance.
- 6.Arrange for billing of projects.
- 7.Document submissions.
- 8.Arrange manpower from manpower suppliers.
- 9.Ensure all work is done safely.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft office.
- Able to converse in English
- No HVAC experience is also welcome to apply
- Keen to learn
Working hours:
Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm
