Job Duties: Drive Innovation and Process Optimization Initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and reducing cost. Lead major and minor capital projects safely, on time and within cost. Execute changes effectively through use of management of change tools. Specify, procure, commission, and sustain new equipment. Manage Contractors and vendors. Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues to project stakeholders. Build relationships and work cross functionally with Maintenance, R&D, Production, Safety, and Quality. Analyze data and other process outputs to reduce variability. Investigate deviations using root cause analysis to implement sustainable solutions. Support efforts to improve manufacturing instructions to ensure repeatable operations. Support site safety initiatives and safety culture.
