The Project Development Manager is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company and the North Carolina Office. The market concentrations include Life Science, Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12, Mixed-Use, Cultural, Public, and Advanced Technology/Manufacturing in Raleigh-Durham and beyond. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, innovative, and an experienced (10+ years) business development and A/E/C Industry professional.
