Job Description
EP-TEC Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology and deployment projects. The candidate will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily project activities and schedules
- Liaise with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitor project timelines, progress, and deliverables
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
- Assist in procurement, delivery coordination, and resource planning
- Track project inventory, equipment deployment, and site requirements
- Support onsite project implementation when required
- Ensure proper follow-up on project issues and action items
- Maintain accurate records of project status and updates
