Project Coordinator for Mechanical Projects

Shape industrial and institutional projects at Black & McDonald as a Mechanical Project Coordinator. You will be pivotal in ensuring project timelines and objectives are met through effective coordination and support.
We are expanding our Kingston office and searching for a full-time Mechanical Project Coordinator. Your role will include assisting the Project Manager with construction schedules and monitoring project progress. You will engage with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Project Manager to achieve project objectives
• Assist in planning construction schedules and milestones
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
• Generate progress reports and updates for clients
• Ensure proper coordination of trades and subcontractors
Requirements:
• College Diploma in Construction or Mechanical Engineering
• Preferred experience in the construction sector
