They are seeking a Project Coordinator to support day-to-day operational coordination across large-scale network operations and data centre infrastructure environments supporting globally distributed infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities across multiple regional teams supporting production network environments
• Work closely with Smart Hands, Remote Hands and facility providers to support operational activities and issue resolution
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining operational tickets within defined SLAs
